To get the ending with the character you want without having to spend platinum to buy additional affection, all of the answers must be answered correctly to give affection with that character. Character endings available are: Clay, Lau, and Shirou. Also an ending with Alessio can be purchased for platinum and you will get that as a special scenario. If you don't have enough affection with any character, you'll get the 'normal' ending, which I did not get the chance to experience, if you got it, please post in the comments about it!

Endings:
Not going to give specifics to spoil the endings here, but here's some brief comments.
I highly recommend Lau for a very sweet ending that gives insight into him more. Alessio's ending is fairly sweet as well.
I wasn't a fan of Shirou's ending, he seems pretty sweet in the main story, but in this event he just seems to be trying too hard and not straightforward at all.
Just finished Clay's ending, and it's also pretty awesome. I didn't like him at first in the main story (it's hard to like someone when they call you a bastard all the time, even if it's technically true through their eyes). But as time goes on, he seems to get more and more caring in the main story and this event story showed that and how they go together so well! It's clear how Clay has meant a lot to the main character for a very long time.
Being a vampire has certain limitations, but it can also be a ton of fun. Your extra strengths and abilities can make you successful in almost every endeavor you participate in and before you know it the money and acquaintances will come streaming in. You can build wealth and gain prestige and notoriety and attempt things you may never have even considered as a human. One thing you will definitely have more of is time. Beef up your education and learn all you every wanted to. Travel the world to see things most people only ever see on TV This is going to be especially fun if you turned to share your life with one of us. Let us show you the wonders of the world. Learn new languages, go skydiving or scuba dive with sharks, visit the African safari. You no longer need to be scared of nature or wildlife – you will have become the worlds strongest predator. Have fun with it and your life as a vampire can be more fulfilling than you ever dreamed. Explore, experiment, experience and get excited.
